Health and Wellness Questionnaire
A lot of research is being done on things people can do to live longer
and healthier like improving their diet, exercise, taking nutritional
supplements, stress management and sleep. The challenge is that
scientists typically look at one factor at a time
in their research in order to maintain experimental control. I’m part of
a research team that’s investigating how much benefit people get from
combining different interventions and have an anonymous questionnaire on
your lifestyle that will help shed light on this.
When complete, we’ll
share the results with this group.
